❓Do I need to be “in shape” before starting personal training?
Girl, no. That’s what I’m here for. Whether you haven’t moved in months or you’re already active and want to level up—we start exactly where you are. You’ll feel stronger every single week, promise.

❓Can I bring my kid(s) with me?
Totally depends on the age and vibe, but we can chat about it! I’ve had kiddos hang in the corner with snacks, toys, or a tablet while mom gets her workout in. This is a judgment-free zone—we’re moms first.

❓How often should I train with you?
Most mamas do one session a week for consistency and accountability, and pair it with a Trainerize plan to stay on track between sessions. Want more? We can build that into your schedule.

❓What if I have an injury or limitation?
You’re in good hands. I’m NASM certified with a Corrective Exercise Specialty, and I’ll make sure your workouts are safe, smart, and effective. We’ll work with your body, not against it.

❓Do I have to commit weekly?
Yep! This isn’t a drop-in deal. We’re reserving your weekly spot because your goals deserve consistency. Life happens, and we can reschedule when needed—but weekly commitment = real results.

❓Do I need equipment?
Nope! I’ve got everything we need in my home gym. If we’re training somewhere else, I’ll bring what we need or use what’s available—we get creative and still crush it.
