Sessions are intentionally capped at 6 women max, so form is coached, progress is tracked, and you’re truly seen.

Who is this training for?

Is this personal training or group fitness?
It’s both - in the best way.
You get the structure, coaching, and attention of personal training, paired with the energy and encouragement of a small group. Sessions are capped at 6 women, so form is coached, progress matters, and you’re never lost in the room.

What experience level do I need?
We offer two time slots:

  • 8:30am (Advanced): For women comfortable with strength training who want to keep progressing

  • 10:30am (Beginner–Intermediate): For women building confidence, consistency, or returning to training

If you’re unsure which is right for you, we’ll talk it through before you start.

What does a typical session look like?
Each session is strength-focused and intentionally designed to help you build muscle, boost energy, and feel confident in your body. Workouts are structured, coached, and adaptable - no random chaos, no burnout.

How often do I need to attend?
Memberships are available for 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week. Consistency matters, and we’ll help you choose a rhythm that fits your life and supports long-term results.

What is Grounded Growth?
Grounded Growth is included in your membership.
Once a month, we meet in person for a 90-minute session:

30 minutes of intentional connection and growth (mindset, habits, life balance)
60 minutes of a strength-focused workout
It’s designed to support both your body and your nervous system - so you leave feeling grounded, not depleted.

Do I need to commit for a certain amount of time?
Memberships are monthly. Spots are limited, and consistency is key, so we’ll talk through expectations before you start to make sure this is the right fit.

Do I need to have a call before joining?
Yes - a short connection chat is required.
This helps make sure the group, schedule, and expectations align for both of us. I care deeply about creating the right environment, and this step helps protect that space.
