What to expect (90 min sessions):
Board basics + safety (first 10 min - beginners learn, others can play)
Short paddle + warm-up
45 min strength + core workout on the board
Fun pose - photo op work to finish

After class, we can enjoy a drink on the sand or on our boards.

Each class will go through:
Core work
Squats + lunges
Push-ups + strength work
Balance + stability

Everything is modifiable, so we can meet you, right where you’re at

All sessions are hosted on a sandy beach, so if you fall in (which you might )… you can stand right back up.

The vibe:
Fun. Supportive. A little challenging.
A lot of laughs.
And a group - all just showing up and trying something fun together.
